1. How much does the Accounting Link USA System cost?

Fees are transactionally based. In other words you only pay for what you use. Fees are based on how many accounts receivables and accounts payable checks are processed. 

2. How long will it take to install the system?

As soon as the business owner gives us the necessary info (bank balances, vendors, clients and payroll) the Accounting Link USA System can be installed at the business owner's convenience. Usually installation can be accomplished in less than two weeks.

3. How can I keep employees from accessing confidential information?

Every Accounting Link USA screen is password protected. Of course, the owner has access to all the screens, while employees can be restricted to viewing only a limited number of screens. In addition, scanning can be done from the outside screen, never letting employees into the program.

4. How will I stay up-to-date with all the latest technology?

The Accounting Link USA System is at the cutting edge of technology and supported that way. Obsolescence is not an issue because we take care of the software upgrades as part of the service.

5. Is there a tech support system if I have hardware or software problems?

Customer service technicians are on call to answer any hardware/software questions. Many can be answered over the phone or by using remote software.

6. How will this system help my CPA?

By giving your CPA more accurate and timely information, they'll have less cleanup work to do on your account on a monthly or annual basis.

7. What special training will be required to operate the system?

The Accounting Link USA System was designed for ease of use. Scanning is automatic in the sense that all file retrieval is done by our proprietary software. All financial information is laid out in easy-to-read reports that are updated daily. Check writing is as simple as point, click and the checks print out. All training can be done in a matter of minutes with follow-up on check writing.

8. Do I need to save any documents or receipts after they've been scanned?

All scanned documents are a permanent record and are kept on the Accounting Link USA System as your virtual file cabinet. Clients still keep their remittance stubs so they can mail in the payments, but they don't have to maintain the extensive files they've kept in the past.

9. Can reports be customized specifically for my business?

Customized reports are one of the strong features of Accounting Link USA System. Report writers can take any of the company's financial information and create unique reports.

10. Do I have to use separate CPA or can Accounting Link USA handle my Monthly Write-ups and Corporate Tax filings?

Accounting Link USA can and will be glad to handle any and all of your accounting needs, but will also gladly work with your existing CPA, if you already have one.

 11. Does your firm provide services only using the Accounting Link System?

No, Accounting Link USA can and does support clients with various other accounting software packages.  Keep in mind we are in the SERVICE business, NOT the SOFTWARE business.  After evaluating all of your unique accounting needs we will make a recommendation as to how we think we may serve you best.  Our goal is to provide you with the best SERVICE possible while saving you money, time, and giving you peace of mind!
