How the system works ... Initially, we'll examine the way your business currently handles its accounting records. Once we install the necessary software and printer with document scanner on your existing computer, your receivables, payables, payroll and general ledger will be processed remotely from your office. Each day, you simply scan source documents into the Accounting Link System. Each night, the Transmission Server automatically retrieves all the information scanned during the day and electronically sends it to us. Accounts Payable Before Accounting Link USA, someone had to retrieve and open mail. Any invoices received had to be sent for approval and entered into the accounting system. The invoice was filed in an open invoice folder. On the date the invoice was due, someone had to cut a check, input the check into the accounting records, mark the bill paid, stuff the envelope, mail the bill and finally file a copy of the paid invoice. With Accounting Link USA, all you do is scan your payable invoices into the Remote Terminal. These invoices will be sent electronically to us and we'll enter the invoices and transmit them back to you to view and approve. Then you can either print the checks on your Accounting Link USA printer and mail them, instruct us to cut the checks and send them to you for your signature or authorize us to pay the invoices directly. Of course, your cash balance is available at the touch of a button and you can always input manual checks and view various reports, including detailed payment histories of individual customers or vendors. |
